Musical Space Compositions
The presentation of this music takes place in an architectonical space designed specifically for this composition. The idea of this project is to make the closest connection between music and space. They are equally important in creating artistic meaning and form.
The designed space consists of several rooms; each room has a source of music and light. The movement of the listeners in the designed space defines the individual perception of the music and constitutes the final form.
These kinds of compositions create an unusual situation. Like in Cortazar’s novel Rayuela the listener decides about the beginning and the end of the piece, about its length, and ways of perception. The listener creates his own version of the piece.
